Brian Boddecker
Brian received his certification at the National Council on Strength and Fitness in August of 2009. He is trained in weight management and nutrition, flexibility, strength and endurance training, and cardiovascular programming. Brian can also help train those with different health issue such as asthma, diabetes, pregnancy and hypertension. Brian enjoys helping people of all ages work towards their individual health, fitness and life goals.

Kelly Cardamone, M.S., R.D., C.S.C.S.
Kelly is a registered dietician, wellness coach and exercise physiologist. Her experience includes being a collegiate lecturer, clinical dietician, community health program developer, personal trainer, pilates and group fitness instructor and workshop presenter for the American College of Sports Medicine. She is a trainer of trainers as she has helped over 2,500 fitness professionals prepare to take national certification exams. Her educational background is in Exercise Science, Nutrition and Adult Education/Health and Wellness.

Maddie Morosey
Maddie received her Bachelors degree in Health and Wellness with a Concentration in Adult Fitness, along with a minor in Athletic Coaching. She is pursuing a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Maddie received her Personal Training Certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients ranging from teenagers to seniors, as well as from severely de-conditioned individuals with medical problems, such as diabetes and high blood pressure, to talented athletes.

Tim Reed, ACSM Certified
Tim has more than 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. He is a certified strength and fitness trainer. As a training instructor, he is certified to teach CPR, First Aid and Lifeguarding.
