We invite you to what has become one of Saturn’s true dining and social highlight of the year, Steak and Cigar Night on Saturday, September 11th.

Radicchio Caesar with croutons & Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Second Course – Please Choose
"Dry Aged" Strip Steak - Fourteen ounce steak seasoned with sea salt, pepper, and grilled; served with a wild mushroom ragout.
"Prime" Filet Mignon - Ten ounce filet seasoned with sea salt, pepper and pan-seared; served with a blue cheese crust and bordelaise.
Jumbo scallops - Fresh jumbo scallops marinated with lemon, thyme, shallots and grilled; accompanied by creamed leeks, spinach and a sweet corn cream sauce.
